1. General Provisions
a. The Regulations set out the terms and conditions for making contributions – donations to the Europe Together Foundation (hereinafter "Foundation"), through its website

b. Donations through the website
https://europarazem.org/en/home will be used for the Foundation's statutory objectives.
2. Donations via the website
https://europarazem.org/en/home.
a. Donations via the
https://europarazem.org/en/home website are forwarded to the Foundation by trusted online payment providers, and the Bank through which you made the transfer.
b. Donations may be one-time or recurring.
c. The User may deposit one of the suggested amounts: 200 PLN, 500 PLN, 1000 PLN, or an amount of his choice.
d. Donations can be made via:
- soon Przelewy24 – the commission will be calculated according to the rules of the service, unless the operator decides otherwise,
- PayPal – the commission will be charged according to the rules of the service, unless the operator decides otherwise,
- Bank transfer – the fee will be charged in accordance with the rules of your bank, in most banks this service is free of charge.
e. In order to use
https://europarazem.org/en/home to make a donation, a User needs a web-enabled device and access to the Internet.
3. Confirmations of payments to the Foundation.
a. To request a payment confirmation, please write a request to finanse@europarazem.org, along with the confirmation received via email after the donation was made or a confirmation from your bank.
b. Payment confirmation will be sent within one month of submitting the request.
c. Confirmations will not be issued more than one year after the payment date.
d. Confirmations will not be issued when BLIK was the chosen payment method.
5. Information regarding the Foundation's processing of personal information.
a. The Europe Together Foundation, in accordance with Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016, informs you that the controller of your personal data is the Europa Together Foundation with its registered office in Warsaw, at 71 Piastów Śląskich Street.
b. Europe Together Foundation processes the personal data obtained for the period of 10 years (for purposes of the legitimate interests pursued the personal data controller – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR), and for 6 years (redress and defence against claims arising from the legitimate interests pursued by the controller – Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
c. The Europe Together Foundation transfers only the data necessary and needed for providing the services, the data must not be used for other purposes.
d. The Europe Together Foundation allows concerned persons access to the content of the data provided, the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing of the data, etc.
e. In accordance with applicable regulations, there is a right to lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Office for Personal Data Protection) if the processing of the personal data violates the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulation of 27 April 2016.
f. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for conducting collections, correspondence, etc.
6 Final Provisions.
a. By making a donation to the Foundation via
https://europarazem.org/en/home you accept the provisions of these Regulations.
b. The Foundation reserves the right to change these Regulations at any time.
